Class A Commercial Driver

Job Description

Job Type: Full-time

Qualifications

 

  • High school education or GED

  • Licensure: Class A CDL

  • Experience: 3 years minimum verifiable driving experience with clean record

​

Essential Functions

​

  • Driving oversize loads to and from job sites

  • Delivering trusses to job site

  • Some bending, kneeling, crouching, stooping required

  • Lifting/carrying up to 100 lbs

  • Operate foot and hand controls

  • Reaching at variable levels

​

Secondary Functions

​

  • Driving escort vehicle

  • Strapping and securing loads

  • Maintain cleanliness of assigned vehicle

​

Working Conditions

​

  • Work alone or as a team with escort driver

  • Work outdoors

  • Work around moving machinery
